Terms and conditions

Definitions:

Seller — Screen Glass S.L.

Buyer — a natural or legal person or any legal entity that creates an account on the website and places an order.

Client — a natural or legal person who has or obtains access to the Content by any available means of communication (electronic, telephone, etc.) or based on an existing user agreement with Screen Glass S.L., which requires the creation and use of an Account.

User — any natural or legal person registered on the website who, after completing the account creation process, has accepted the specific terms of the website listed in the General Terms and Conditions section.

Account — the section of the website consisting of an email address and password that allows the Buyer to place orders and contains information about the Client/Buyer as well as the Buyer’s history on the website (orders, invoices, etc.).

Website — the domain www.pixsel.es and its subdomains.

Order — an electronic document serving as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, through which the Buyer transmits to the Seller, via the website, their intention to purchase goods.

Goods — any product or service, including the documents mentioned in the order, that the Seller must supply to the Buyer as a result of the concluded contract.

Campaign — an act of commercially displaying a limited number of goods and/or services with limited and predefined stock for a period of time determined by the Seller.

Contract — a distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer without the simultaneous physical presence of both parties.
