TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, SHIPPING, AND RETURNS

2. DEFINITIONS

Seller: Screen Glass, S.L.
Buyer: Any natural/legal person or legal entity that creates an Account on the Website and places an Order.
Client: Any natural/legal person who has or obtains access to the CONTENT through any available communication channel (electronic, telephone, etc.).
User: Any natural/legal person registered on the Site who has accepted the specific clauses of these General Terms and Conditions.
Account: The section of the Site consisting of an email address and a password that allows the Buyer to place Orders and contains their history.
Site: The domain www.pixsel.es and its subdomains.
Order: An electronic document serving as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, through which the Buyer conveys their intention to purchase Goods.
Goods: Any product or service supplied by the Seller as a result of the concluded Contract.
Contract: A distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer without the simultaneous physical presence of both parties.

3. OBJECT AND ACCEPTANCE
The purpose of these conditions is to regulate the sale of screen protectors for vehicles through pixsel.es. Placing an order implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the general conditions published at the time of access.

4. SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Scope: We ship to all of Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands).
Delivery Times: Orders are processed within 24 business hours. The estimated delivery time is 24 to 72 business hours for the Mainland.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are 15€ (depending on the geographical area). Shipping is free for purchases over 500€.
Tracking: Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product without providing any justification.

Conditions: The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Due to the nature of the product, returns will not be accepted for screen protectors that have been tampered with, peeled off their protective film, or installed.
Procedure: To exercise this right, you must send an email to info@pixsel.es indicating your order number.
Refund: A refund of the purchase amount will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer.
Return Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, as established by current regulations.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY
The customer may cancel their order free of charge as long as it has not been handed over to the transport company. Once shipped, the process will be managed as a standard return (Right of Withdrawal).

7. WARRANTY
All our products have a legal warranty of 3 years against manufacturing defects, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation.

8. PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY
Payments will be made through Bizum, ensuring a fast and secure transaction. Once the receipt of payment is confirmed, the Seller will proceed with the processing and shipping of the Order. All transactions are carried out under security protocols that guarantee data confidentiality.

9. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
